We are a family-run company specializing in traditional Sichuan Chinese noodles, dumplings, and dishes. Our family recipes go back further than anyone remembers.
We started selling our dumplings and noodles after moving to Charlotte from Chengdu, Sichuan in 2015. We were outside bars, in farmers’ markets, and anywhere we could spread the word.
We opened our first food truck in 2016 and soon began to spread around the city as much as possible.
Our truck, closed in 2023, paved the way for our growth in Optimist Hall, South End, Uptown, and beyond. We can’t express how much we appreciate the support over the years that has allowed us to grow.

We make all our food from scratch with fresh ingredients, and of course, we do it by hand. Traditional Sichuan food uses a blend of complex spices, oils, and recipes. We are not your typical American Chinese restaurant, but we hope you will appreciate that.

Our newest spot inside The Alley (Latta Arcade) uptown. Named after The Dumpling Lady's grandmother, we'll have rotating authentic Sichuan food with a eye on quick to-go service.
